We spent three days in the wonderful city of Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy.

Lot's to do highlights for us were a visit to the Hospice, wonderful meal in the restaurant Le Maufoux, wine tasting at Patriarche and a visit to Edmund Fallot mustard factory. The last place left in France where they still makes dijon mustard using seeds grown in France.

We then moved onto Chagny and its Sunday Market.
