We stayed at the campsite Nueuville for a couple of days in the Normandy countryside. Ru by a British couple, it's definitely worth a visit.  Local food shopping and riverbank and country walks.

 

Also spent the day in the lovely medieval centre of Le Mans on the way out. Good camper van parking very central.
